  SCAM...FRAUD...UNPROFESSIONAL...NOT SAFE. I went there for what I knew was going to be a root canal, they lied and forced me to get a cleaning, which I did not need and I was very vocal about it. The dentist said, it would aid in my root canal. This was a trick to force me to get a cleaning. Then I was told I could not get my root canal done because the dentist who does it is only in on Friday. I was very clear about my needs prior to making the appointment, when I got there, and when I sat in the chair what I was there for. They proceeded to tell me that if I then wanted to treat my painful tooth ( the reason I was there in the first place) that I would need to pay out of pocket because they did the cleaning and my insurance would not pay for two procedures on the same day. I WAS CLEAR I DID NOT WANT A CLEANING. They tried to scam me by making my pay an additional $200 just to start my root canal. All of a sudden, you can suddenly start my root canal when they mention of cash came into play. My insurance would pay for my root canal but they forced a cleaning on my to ensure I would have to spend cash while there. I pointed this out to them and then all of a sudden they can do the root canal, then all of a sudden they say they wont charge me for the cleaning. They tried to upsell everything before even treating the reason I was there for. I took the day off work, sat there from 10:30am-12:45pm and only got a cleaning that I didn't want or need. Everyone was very polite in their scamming endeavors but I was very clear this was a shady seedy operation. I told them I would not be using their services ever! They wasted my time, lied, tried to over charge me, never took care of the issue I came there for and was trying to double bill me and the insurance unnecessarily. I plan on lodging a formal complaint with the Board of Health, the BBB, Delta Dental and any other board or Forum that I can. I think this is a highly unsafe, unethical, and illegal operation and I don't think any one should be subjected to this scam especially when your health and your physical well being are at risk. They should be ashamed!
