  Smooth System at Lucy Peters Medspa is the number one place to go for permanent hair removal in New York City. As soon as you walk in the Lucy Peters team makes you feel right at home. The office is modern and beautiful. The staff always makes sure you are taken care of from the moment you walk through the door. I also have to mention that I have not waited once since I started my treatments. They are always on time with your appointment. A major plus for me!
  
  Last year, I started looking into hair removal for my underarm and bikini areas, where my skin is especially sensitive, making shaving difficult and painful. I started looking into laser hair removal but realized that it is not permanent although they try to make it seem that way. I knew there had to be a better solution and a treatment out there that was truly 100 percent permanent. My friend then recommended Smooth System at Lucy Peters Medspa, which is the best of both worlds: the equipment is ideal and gets me results, and the staff makes me feel right at home. The results are amazing no more hair, razor burn or in grown hairs. After my treatments I have decided to continue the hair removal on my upper lip and face.
  
  Treating sensitive, private areas can be embarrassing or awkward--but Eva put me at ease the very first time I went in, and I've been going back ever since. She's super sweet, yet very professional--and the best part is she really loves what she's doing and wants to share her enthusiasm with her clients. I've learned so much from her about permanent hair treatment, and it is way easier for me to feel comfortable with a procedure when I understand that procedure fully. Doctors explain a patient's surgery to him/her before the surgery takes place; it only makes sense that cosmetic professionals would extend the same courtesy to their clients--especially when technology is involved.
