  After a long workout I walked by the CryoHealth room and thought it would be worth checking out. After a comprehensive explanation of the service and its various benefits, the staff booked me on the spot for a session which consisted of 3 minutes in the chamber once I had chosen a heavy Pearl Jam tune to help fight off the cold. Upon exiting the chamber and warming up for a few seconds, I felt the immediate positive effect of a super concentrated, full body "icing." I was pleasantly surprised to see that all of the various aches and sore muscles had been alleviated without the need for Advil and multiple days of rest. This was a very beneficial experience and I highly recommend it if you're looking for rapid relief of muscle and joint pain.
